I am convinced that in order for Midol to work it must be consumed with chocolate!

In my last post I said that I would wake early and be at the gym by 5am. Hmmm, did I say what time zone I would use? It must not be mountain time because I have yet to accomplish this goal. I have fallen on my face, what is worse is I think there is a twinky under there too!

I know that in order to wake by five I need to wash my face and be in bed no later than 10pm. It has been very difficult to accomplish the goal of a bedtime. Last night my husband and I took our son to the county fair. I thought we might be there for two hours; I ended up distracted by a cute, cute goat at the petting zoo. This little bugger had a chest the size of roll of toilet paper and his belly looked like he had swollowed a basketball, all on four short, spindly, legs. Unlike the other animals he stayed to be pet even after the food was gone; I wanted to take him home right then. We pulled out of the fairgrounds about ten minutes to 11pm sans goat.

When I did go to bed last night I made sure the early alarm was off, and my regular alarm was set. My plans tonight are a nice shower, and setting the clock back to five. Also, I am serious about what I said above - about the midol and chocolate.
